City Council Goal Setting Workshop – April 1st

Join us! The City Council is conducting a goal setting workshop on Tuesday April 1st at the Sebastopol Youth Annex beginning at 1:00 pm.

City Council goal setting is a process where the City Council gathers to identify and prioritize specific goals, objectives, and initiatives for the community for a specific period, typically one year (but could be more). These goals are typically aligned with the needs and priorities of the city’s residents, businesses, and other stakeholders. The purpose of the workshop is to align the council’s objectives, develop strategies to achieve those objectives, and create an action plan for the upcoming period. Our community is an essential part of this process, and the City Council invites and encourages participation.
